Sasylvia Wooden Thickness Guides, Ten

A CLOSER LOOK

Read the details.

Sasylvia's selected guide pack contains ten wooden rails across five listed thickness choices. The source explicitly identifies two pieces for each size, so the pack is not ten different thickness settings. Paired rails are intended for use beside clay while a separate rolling pin passes over the arrangement. The rails are the supplied tools; a rolling pin, clay slab or finished pottery shown during a demonstration is not established as part of this guide pack.

The thickness markings describe the guides rather than an independently measured result in the clay. The source also gives individual-rail measurements alongside a broader structured dimensional entry whose scope is unclear. No complete exact dimensional table is therefore promoted as verified here. A label on the rail is a useful identification aid, but does not establish calibration, uniform pressure from the roller or the thickness of a dried and fired piece.

Choose the pack if several paired guide sizes fit the manual slab work you intend to do. Confirm the current size markings and actual roller span before planning a precisely dimensioned project. Keep guide thickness, freshly rolled clay thickness and later dimensional change as separate considerations. The source does not establish a universal non-slip result, a durability test or guaranteed compatibility with every rolling pin. Follow the tool and clay guidance for your own setup.
