Fit & limits
The source does not establish thread size, pin diameter or universal wheel compatibility; overall package dimensions are not those specifications.
Nominal dimensions alone do not establish wheel, pin, insert or container fit.
A CLOSER LOOK
Read the details.
Speedball's selected bat-pin set contains two mounting pins described for attaching a pottery bat to a compatible wheel head. The title and component wording agree on the two-pin quantity. These are mounting accessories rather than a complete bat system, replacement inserts or a powered-wheel adapter kit. A pair of pins does not establish that the matching bat, wheel head or every other fastening component shown or mentioned with an example is included.
The source makes broad standard-sizing and compatibility claims without clearly stating the thread size, pin diameter, usable length or required wheel-head connection. No universal fit or exact mounting specification is therefore promoted here. The single overall dimensional entry does not identify those individual measurements, and should not be reused as thread pitch or pin spacing. The two supplied pins also do not establish the distance between the holes on your wheel head or the bat you intend to mount.
Choose the set after comparing the current pin specification with the documented requirements of both pieces of equipment. Follow the exact installation and securing instructions rather than assuming a familiar brand or two-pin format makes every arrangement compatible. Metal construction does not guarantee permanent alignment, resistance to loosening or a particular service life. The pins provide part of a mounting arrangement; they do not validate the fit or performance of the complete setup by themselves.
